How to Start at Justcasino – A Practical Guide for New Players

Before depositing at any online casino, take five minutes to read this checklist — it covers the steps most players skip.

Before You Start

  • Confirm your country is allowed to play at Justcasino. Some jurisdictions restrict online gambling.
  • Decide on a budget. Set a deposit limit that fits your entertainment spending.
  • Check the payment methods available to you. Common options include Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and bank transfers.
  • Understand the wagering requirements on bonuses. Look for low wagering (x30 or less) and avoid bonuses with unrealistic terms.
  • Verify the casino’s licensing. Justcasino operates under a Curacao license. Note that winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax in some countries — consult your tax advisor.
  • Test the mobile experience. Justcasino offers a mobile-optimized website that works seamlessly in your browser — no app download needed.

Account Setup

  1. Visit Casino Just to begin registration. Click the “Sign Up” button.
  2. Enter your email address, choose a username, and create a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
  3. Fill in your personal details: full name, date of birth, and residential address. Ensure they match your ID documents.
  4. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown list.
  5. Accept the terms and conditions, then submit the form. You may need to verify your email by clicking a link sent to your inbox.
  6. Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by uploading a copy of your passport or driver’s license and a recent utility bill. This step is mandatory before any withdrawal.

How Wagering Works

Wagering requirements determine how many times you must play through a bonus before you can withdraw any winnings. For example, imagine you deposit $100 and receive a 100% match bonus — another $100. That gives you a total bonus of $100 with a wagering requirement of x40. The formula is: Wagering Requirement = Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier. Here, $100 × 40 = $4,000. You must bet a total of $4,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Each game contributes differently to wagering: slots usually count 100%, table games like blackjack might count 10% or less, and live dealer games often contribute 0%. To maximize your chances, stick to slots with high RTP (96% or above) during wagering. If you wager $2 per spin, you need 2,000 spins to meet the requirement. At 1 second per spin, that’s about 33 minutes of continuous play — but variance means you may run out of money before completing it. Always read the full terms on the promotions page.

Is It Safe?

Justcasino uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. The casino is licensed by the Government of Curacao, which requires regular audits of the random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. However, Curacao licensing is less stringent than Malta Gaming Authority or UK Gambling Commission. The casino also promotes responsible gambling with tools like deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion. For added safety, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings to prevent unauthorized access.

Financial Operations

Justcasino supports several payment methods. Below is a comparison of the most common options:

Payment Method Deposit Time Withdrawal Time Fees
Visa/Mastercard Instant 3–5 business days None by casino
Skrill Instant 24–48 hours None
Neteller Instant 24–48 hours None
Bank Transfer 1–3 business days 5–7 business days Possible bank fees
Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum) Instant (after network confirmations) Within 24 hours Network fees apply

Deposit limits vary by method, but the minimum deposit is typically $10 or €10. Withdrawals have a weekly limit of $5,000 for standard accounts, which can be increased with VIP status. Always complete KYC before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.

When Things Go Wrong

Even at reputable casinos, issues can arise. Here are five common problems and how to resolve them:

  • Withdrawal pending for days: First, check if you’ve fulfilled bonus wagering requirements. If yes, contact support via live chat. If no response within 24 hours, escalate via email with your Player ID.
  • Can’t log in: Use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your credentials. If that fails, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Contact support if the issue persists.
  • Game crashes or freezes: Refresh the page or restart your browser. Ensure your browser and Flash/HTML5 are up to date. For persistent errors, note the game name and time and report to support.
  • Bonus not credited: Re-check the bonus terms: did you use a bonus code? Did you deposit the minimum amount? If everything is correct, take a screenshot of the deposit and contact support.
  • Account blocked for no reason: This often happens during KYC verification. Check your email for requests from the compliance team. If no contact, reach out to support immediately and provide your ID documents.

Extra Tips – Handling a Delayed Withdrawal

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, follow these steps:

  1. Check your KYC status: Log in and see if your documents have been approved. If they’re still pending, email a fresh copy to support.
  2. Verify bonus conditions: Ensure you haven’t violated any bonus terms (e.g., maximum bet during wagering).
  3. Contact support via live chat: Request an estimated release time. Keep a screenshot of the conversation.
  4. Escalate by email: If live chat doesn’t help, email support with your Player ID, withdrawal amount, and date of request. Ask for a specific reason for the delay.
  5. Wait 48 hours: Most delays are resolved within two business days. If still unresolved after 48 hours, reply to the email thread requesting escalation to a manager.
  6. Consider an alternative: If the delay is unreasonable (over 10 business days), file a complaint with the Curacao eGaming Authority or an independent dispute body like AskGamblers.

Remember: legitimate casinos process withdrawals within the stated timeframes. A persistent delay may indicate an issue with your account — stay calm and follow the process.
